Arkadiusz Krasnodębski is Poland Managing Partner and the Head of the Energy and Natural Resources practice team in Poland and Europe.

He focuses on regulatory, contractual, and corporate advice to clients operating in the energy and utilities sector, including distribution and transmission system operators and owners, electric energy generators, and electric energy and gas traders and offtakers.

Arkadiusz has provided and coordinated legal advice on numerous Greenfield and Brownfield projects in the power sector, including projects concerning water and waste, renewable energy and nuclear energy, as well as in privatization proceedings and public procurement. His client portfolio also includes engineering companies specializing in energy projects.
