Marcin Jastrzębski

Prior to his appointment, from May 13, 2016 Marcin Jastrzębski served on the Company’s Management Board as vice president, chief operating officer, and from November 9, 2016 he was acting president of the Management Board. Marcin Adam Jastrzębski resigned from his position as vice president of the Management Board, chief operating officer.

Marcin Jastrzębski studied at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw, the Faculty of Social Sciences and Administration of the Warsaw Academy of Computer Science, Management and Administration, and the University of Liverpool (a course in Management of the Gas and Oil Sector).

Mr. Jastrzębski was also honorary consul of Georgia to Poland.

From 2006 to 2008, he served as member of the Management Board of PERN Przyjaźń S.A., in charge of strategy and operations. From 2006 to 2010, he was president of the Management Board of MPR Sarmatia. From 2013 to 2015, he was president of the Management Board of Gazoprojekt S.A. From 1999 to 2007, he sat on the Supervisory Boards of WARS Sp. z o.o., RADPEC S.A., PERN Przyjaźń S.A., and Naftoport Sp. z o.o. From April 12 to May 13, 2016 he served as member of the Supervisory Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A.
